Cancellation/Change Notice
5 days cancellation/change notice or pay for 3 nights + tax. The cancellation policy for American Guest House is the correct cancellation policy and all guests must go by this. The 24 hr cancellation policy is not valid for this accommodation.

30 days cancellation/change notice for whole house rental or pay 50%.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT
50% deposit required for whole house rental.

Forgotten items, will be charged the regular shipping fees plus $10 handling fee charged to your credit card.

Forgotten items will be kept for 3 months and then disposed of as we see fit.
