River Valley Adventure Lodge is located at the foot of the majestic Ruahine Ranges, amidst towering cliffs and stunning scenery, with the Rangitikei River literally at the front door. River Valley is relaxed - there is a feeling of isolation, remoteness and harmony.
The lodge has a range of accommodation options including tramping hut style dorms, smaller bunkrooms, double rooms and ensuited chalets. The riverside camping area is also a perfect spot to pitch a tent. Accommodation prices range from $22 per night for a dorm bed, to $149 for an ensuited riverside chalet.

Come and join us for adventure! This is premier grade 5 white water rafting. 10 major rapids, 2-3 hours on the water, 8-metre cliff jumps, stunning scenery. One of NZ's finest - the gorge section of the Rangitikei River. Trips depart daily.
