We´ve been the first Bed&Breakfast in the SOUTH Zone of Sao Paulo, close to offices, banks, bakeries, etc with easy acess to most parts of the huge city. Beside cleanliness, we offer security and confort! Sao Paulo has 18million people living here.
p.s. the house has a sign of 'for sale' but is working normally, just ring the bell, please.

Rates of 25,00 reais in mixed dorms do not include breakfast.

Also if you like the backpackers and regular travellers and, of course, Brazil, this place is defenetely a way to start here. If you want it, be sure that we will give you all the information you would need to buy the business.

ROOMS: We have 2 Single Roms (Ensuite facilities) and 2 double room with double bed with cable tv and minibar.

PLUS: Kitchen with a brand new microwave oven, fridge, oven, all utensils you might need. If you are looking for a safe area/place, confort and good cleanliness, this is the way to go.

Ace is located very close to Congonhas airport (the busiest airport in South America)at the south side of the city in a residential/business area and a short distance (15min by bus) from the Conceição subway station.
Here is a very safe Bed and Breakfast because WE ARE NOT located IN DOWNTOWN NOR at THE OLD CENTER AND VERY CLOSE TO THE BUS STOP.

Night life you find everywhere in Sao Paulo, but we are close to the GOOD night life (Moema, Vila Olimpia and Itaim) is no more than 6 km and ´fun´ area is here at the south.
